Artisan paninis, hot-pressed to order on our own focaccia — mayo on the outside of the bread, so every sandwich comes off the press crisp, golden, and crackly.

Why it's worth the press
01 · Who We Are
Est. 2019 · Reopened 2026
Mana first ran in 2019–2020, a small stall under JSEC at Ateneo de Manila. Mana was 7 bros who were just having fun and miraculously got into JSEC through the Wild Card. It was 6 months of trial and error, just figuring things out on the fly. But it didn't last long — and it landed hard enough that when it closed, students kept posting and joking about missing it. That's not a compliment you get for food people merely liked.
In 2026, we brought it back — same pressed panini, rebuilt properly this time, out of Regis Center on Katipunan. Real ingredients, our own recipes, and a stall you can watch your sandwich get made at.
We're not trying to be a luxury brand. We're the treat that's actually worth the extra ₱195 over cafeteria food — priced just under the ₱200+ crowd on campus, and made to taste like more than that.
